Chuẩn bị cho lao động Việt Nam tham gia thị trường ASEAN


Cộng đồng ASEAN chính thức ra đời vào cuối năm 2015. Theo Tổ chức Lao động Quốc tế, đến năm 2025 sẽ có thêm 14 triệu việc làm cho khu vực ASEAN. Hiện các nước, trong đó có Việt Nam, đang chuẩn bị những bước đi thận trọng, lập kế hoạch để tiếp cận thị trường lao động “mở” tại khu vực được đánh giá là có mức tăng trưởng nhanh ở châu Á này.

ASEAN hiện đã có Hiệp định về di chuyển tự nhiên nhân lực trong ASEAN và thỏa thuận công nhận lẫn nhau về chứng chỉ lành nghề của cơ quan chính thức đối với 8 nghề được “tự do” chuyển dịch: Kiểm toán, kiến trúc, kỹ sư, nha sĩ, bác sĩ, y tá, điều tra viên và du lịch.
