Заходим в Меню - Конфиденциальность

Заходим в Меню - Конфиденциальность - Защищённый режим;
В открывшемся списке тапаем на три точки на верху справа и выбираем Системные приложения;
Потом ищем злополучные Сервисы Google Play и нажимаем на них и держим откроется меню с запретами;
Запрещаем Местоположение, Вывод из режима сна и Активный режим.
Так можно с любой программой сделать
