Trong khuôn khổ dự án “Tăng cường tính sẵn sàng cho NAMA: Xây dựng năng lực cho Hệ thống Lương thực và năng lượng tổng hợp Tại Việt Nam”, với sự hỗ trợ Chương trình phát triển Liên hiệp quốc UNDP, sự hồ trợ và điều phối của Tổ chức Nông lương Liên hiệp quốc (FAO), Bộ Nông nghiệp và PTNT tổ chức Hội thảo tập huấn về "Hành động giảm phát thải khí nhà kính phù hợp điều kiện quốc gia (NAMAs) lĩnh vực nông nghiệp và sử dụng đất" với sự tham gia của các giảng viên từ Chương trình Giảm phát thải KNK trong nông nghiệp (MICCA Team) đến từ FAO HQ.

Thay mặt cho Ban tổ chức tôi xin trân trọng giới thiệu:


- Về phía Bộ Nông nghiệp và PTNT, cơ quan chủ quản dự án có Ông Đinh Vũ Thanh, PVT Vụ Khoa học Công nghệ và Môi trường, Giám đốc dự án.

- Xin trân trọng giới thiệu Ông Đào Xuân Lai, Trợ lý Trưởng Đại diện quốc gia UNDP tại Việt Nam; Trưởng bộ phận phát triển bền vững UNDP Hà Nội.

-Xin trân trọng giới thiệu Ông Nguyễn Tuấn Anh – Phó Vụ Trưởng Vụ Khoa học, Giáo dục, Tài nguyên và Môi trường, Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư – cơ quan đầu mối của Chính phủ Việt Nam về tài chính quốc tế tại các cuộc đàm phán các Bên liên quan trong khuôn khổ Công ước Khung về Biến đổi khí hậu; đầu mối quỹ Khí hậu xanh GCF của Việt Nam.

- Xin trân trọng giới thiệu đại diện của một số Bộ ngành liên quan: Cục Khí tượng thủy văn và Biến đổi khí hậu, Viện Khí tượng Thủy văn và Môi trường, Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường; Cục An toàn kỹ thuật và Môi trường, Bộ Công thương.

- Xin nhiệt liệt chào mừng đại biểu từ các cơ quan, đơn vị thuộc Bộ Nông nghiệp và PTNT, lãnh đạo Tổng cục, Cục, Vụ thuộc Bộ, các các thành viên Tổ công tác NAMA của Bộ; đại biểu từ các Sở Nông nghiệp và phát triển nông thôn của các tỉnh thuộc vùng Đồng bằng sông Hồng.

- Đặc biệt xin chào mừng sự tham gia của các diễn giả đến từ các cơ quan chuyên ngành về BĐKH. Xin giới thiệu GS.TS Trần Thục, Nguyên Viện trưởng Viện Khí tượng thủy văn và Biến đổi khí hậu, tác giả của Kịch bản BĐKH và NBD của Việt Nam với rất nhiều những nghiên cứu liên quan về KTTV và BĐKH.
-Xin được giới thiệu Bà Armine Avagyan và Bà Janie Rioux đến từ nhóm Climate, Energy and Tenure Division (NRC) FAO HQ. (Đây sẽ là 2 giảng viên chính giới thiệu về Công cụ NAMA lĩnh vực nông nghiệp, sử dụng đất và Kỹ thuật xây dựng và đăng ký một Đề xuất NAMA.

Thay mặt Ban tổ chức, xin được nhiệt liệt chào mừng và kính chúc sức khoẻ, hạnh phúc tới tất cả các quý vị đại biểu.
