Dữ liệu toàn bộ kế toán trong nhiều

Dữ liệu toàn bộ kế toán trong nhiều năm phải lưu trữ nhiều files độc lập.
Dữ liệu lớn trên 5Mb thì mở ra rất chậm
Chỉ đáp ứng về mặt sổ sách thông thường, các phân tích thống kê mang tính quản trị là rất khó (trừ phi phải lập trình VBA – mà lập trình cỡ đó ko phải ai cũng làm được)
Các chứng từ nhập đa phần dạng row của 1 Sheet, không đúng mẫu chứng từ thực sự (tức là ko có quan hệ master-detail theo đúng nghĩa của 1 chứng từ)
Sửa xóa chứng từ thoải mái (thậm chí ko có cả các danh mục đối tượng, và nếu có thì có thể xóa xoẹt đi mà chả sao cả) nhưng chưa chắc đã có quan hệ tốt nên có thể dữ liệu ko đúng. Không đáp ứng được nguyên tắc kế toán trong trường hợp sửa xóa: Nguyên tắc lịch sử chứng từ. Và giả sử có sửa xóa thì cũng không theo dõi lưu vết hành động được.
Làm excel thì phụ thuộc vào người làm. Nhân viên kế toán bỏ đi thì nhân viên khác sẽ chưa chắc có các file kế toán đó, mà có chưa chắc đã sử dụng được. Còn phần mềm có nguyên lý, có tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng để người sau có thể dùng được luôn (nhất là trường hợp ký hợp đồng bảo trì với NCC)
