Nhà cung cấp cần phải thực hiện công việc đáp ứng được tất cả các điều kiện và điều khoản của thoả thuận này.
Bên B cần cung cấp cho công ty những hồ sơ như sau: hoá đơn giá trị gia tăng và biên bản giao hàng; thực hiện đối chiếu số lượng hàng hóa thực nhận sau khi giao lô hàng hoặc cuối mỗi tháng giao hàng.
Khi giao nhận hàng, Bên B có trách nhiệm giao cho Bên A một bộ các tài liệu kèm theo hàng hóa bao gồm Chứng chỉ phân tích (C/A) (bản copy), Chứng chỉ xuất xứ (C/O) (bản copy). Ngày ký biên bản giao nhận, phiếu giao hàng sẽ được coi là ngày giao hàng.
Trong quá trình sử dụng hóa chất, Bên B có trách nhiệm cử cán bộ kỹ thuật chuyên môn lấy mẫu và phân tích kết quả xử lý nước cho các hệ thống liên quan.

Providers need to do the work meets all the conditions and terms of this agreement.
The B company should provide the following documents: invoice value added and delivery records ; shall compare the amount of goods actually received after the delivery of the shipment or delivery end of each month.
When delivery, Party B to Party A shall communicate a document accompanying the goods including classification certificate area (C / A) (copy), Certificate of Origin (C / O) (copy). On signing the delivery receipt, delivery note will be considered the date of delivery.
In the process of using chemicals, Party B shall appoint technical staff specialized sampling and analytical results for water treatment related systems.
