Mỗi bên có nghĩa vụ thông báo cập nhật cho Bên kia về bất kỳ thay đổi nào đối với bất kỳ thông tin nào của mình nêu tại Khoản 9.1 Điều này. Nếu không thông báo, thì Bên kia có quyền gửi văn bản theo địa chỉ cũ và mặc nhiên coi như Bên còn lại đã nhận được văn bản.
