phía trên còn có 1 vành trăng lưỡi liềm màu vàng và ngôi sao 14 cánh nhọn giống với ý nghĩa trên quốc kì
2 bên là 2 con hổ Malaysia đứng trên dải trang trí màu vàng. phía dưới là dòng chữ " đoàn kết là sức mạnh " bằng tiếng Latinh và tiếng Malaysia
được ra mắt năm 1967
