So, how do we maneuver in a world of artificial food? The simplest way is to read the ingredient list and be aware of what we are eating. However, I do not agree with this method because it is too time consuming and we cannot be sure that what we are reading on the internet is absolutely right. The Internet is full of comments, advertising, and the words seduce. Only the new crazy trying to follow all the rules of internet health! On the other hand, producers can put these toxic substances into the food, then change the name, composition and we have collapsed their nonsense. So, how do we escape from bondage? There are two ways to handle this problem. We can throw your hands up and say "whatever, if it's too hard, I'm just going to eat what I want." Or we can take what I think is an easier path and a healthy route, not only for ourselves but also for our family.
