Đến kỳ quyết toán, DT và chi phí thực tế sẽ được hạch toán đầy đủ. Nếu tổng chi phí phát sinh thực tế
thấp hơn chi phí dự toán thì ghi giảm giá vốn. Đa phần các hợp đồng xây dựng đều có phần bảo hành
công trình (warranty), thường là 5% trong thời gian 1-2 năm tùy dự án. Chi phí bảo hành được ghi nhận
trong chi phí QLDN và được hoàn nhập dưới dạng thu nhập khác nếu không phát sinh hết sau thời gian
bảo hành.
