In case of loss or damage after the goods have arrived at the port of delivery, the buyer has the right to complain about the volume seller of goods within 15 days after the goods arrive at the port of Haiphong; and complaints about the quality of the goods within 30 days after the goods arrive at the port of Haiphong. Buyer must complain in writing and enclose record commodity inspection (inspection by the Office of the VINACONTROL goods). Control record is considered a written decision to resolve the complaint.
Anytime buyer proves that all claims on the responsibility of the seller, the seller must proceed immediately resolved not delay.
