各廠主管,
 
   林執總指示, 要各廠安排工務人員定期檢查有使用熱媒油的機台的油管和油封,(加硫罐,鍋爐..等等)
   因越南區有其他工廠,因為沒有定期檢查機台的油管, 油管破裂,造成熱媒油外漏,造成工安事件.
   當高溫油品外漏時, 不易去圍堵,需等油都漏完,在外漏時非常危險,
   所以請各廠務必安排工務定期檢查以及操作人員一發現有異常需立即通報
