Quy định về xin cấp giấy chứng nhận

Quy định về xin cấp giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp năm 2016 (Trước đây gọi là: Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh) được hướng dẫn tại nghị định số 78/2015/NĐ-CP ban hành ngày 14/09/2015 và có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 01/11/2015. Đối với thủ tục đăng ký doanh nghiệp vốn nước ngoài còn được điều chỉnh bởi nghị định 118/2015/NĐ-CP ban hành ngày 12/11/2015 có hiệu lực từ 27/12/2015.
Năm 2016 thành lập công ty trong nước, thành lập công ty vốn nước ngoài đều phải thực hiện thủ tục xin cấp giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp tại Phòng đăng ký kinh doanh. Dưới đây là các văn bản pháp luật mới điều chỉnh vấn đề này.
