11. Tổ chức hội nghị, hội thảo, ký kết và thực hiện thỏa thuận quốc tế; tổ chức triển khai thực hiện điều ước quốc tế tại địa phương:
- Thống nhất quản lý các hoạt động về tổ chức hội nghị, hội thảo, ký kết và thực hiện các thỏa thuận quốc tế, thực hiện điều ước quốc tế theo quy định của pháp luật;
- Báo cáo và xin ý kiến chỉ đạo của cấp có thẩm quyền hướng giải quyết những vấn đề phát sinh phức tạp trong công tác ngoại vụ, biên giới lãnh thổ ở địa phương.
