FINANCIAL RETURNS Quote, negotiate and convert room only group bookings Manage the rooming list process and deposit schedules Ensure correct number of group rooms is booked and maintain 90, 60 and 30 day pick up Communicates with Revenue Management team on pickup and materialization trends Sell the InterContinental Hotels Group products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques Place follow up and seles calls in order to monitor room production. Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions Liaise with General Manager or Finance Manager for all reservations requiring credit approval Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions Support FIT Reservations as requested Participate in proactive sales activities to drive more revenue in group segment as directed.
