Thủ tướng chính phủ vừa đồng ý ứng trước hơn 3600 tỷ đồng từ kế hoạch đầu tư công trung hạn giai đoạn 2016-2017 để bổ sung kế hoạch vốn đối ứng năm 2016 cho Bộ Giao thông vận tải và chín địa phương để thực hiện các dự án sử dụng vốn ODA và vốn vay ưu đãi của các nhà tài trợ. Thủ tướng giao Bộ Kế hoạch và đầu tư thông báo cụ thể danh mục, mức vốn cho Bộ giao thông vận tải, chín địa phương và chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác của các thông tin, số liệu báo cáo và quản lý, sử dụng vốn đúng mục đích, đảm bảo hiệu quả đầu tư của dự án
