- Bắt đầu cuộc họp ông Dương Quốc Tuấn sơ lượt về các chương trình trước đây hai bên đã có các buổi gặp làm việc sơ bộ.
+ Đoàn công tác CTDI đã có chuyến công tác sang Việt Nam từ ngày 9 đến 10/9/2015 hai bên đã có những giới thiệu sơ bộ về Công ty của mình, đồng thời Công ty Thiên Đô cũng đưa ra nhận định về thị trường viễn thông và truyền hình tại Việt Nam
+ Ngày 28/9/2015 đoàn công tác Việt Nam cũng có chuyến viến thăm trụ sở làm việc của CTDI tại Singapore.

- Ông Dương Quốc Tuấn có lời cám ơn đến Mr TY Kok Peng & Mr Calvin Toh, đã có chuyến công tác đến Việt Nam lần này và mong muốn cuộc thảo luận hôm nay thành công tốt đẹp.

- Đi vào chương trình làm việc ông Dương Quốc Tuấn nêu lên 4 nhóm vấn đề cần làm việc và thảo luận :

+ Chương trình hợp tác thành lập công ty.
+ Ngoài các lĩnh vực chính thảo luận mở rộng thêm lĩnh vực hoạt động, thảo luận về thị trường
+ Hiệu quả kinh doanh các mục tiêu ngắn hạng và dài hạng.
+ C
- Lý do phải thành lập Công ty này : Thị trường Việt Nam rất tìm năng, vốn đầu tư không lớn cần có một Công ty có thương hiệu tầm cở quốc tế để cùng hợp tác triển khai, để mau chống thống lĩnh thị trường.

- Đi vào từng nhóm vấn đề cần thảo luận.

1. Chương trình hợp tác, thành lập Công ty.
- Thành lập một Công ty Trách Nhiệm Hữu Hạng có 2 thành viên góp vốn theo tỉ lệ như sau : Mr Sơn ( 51% ) và Mr Tài ( 49%) ,vốn điều lệ 5.000.000.000 VNĐ ( 5 tỷ ) mục tiêu hoàn thành các thủ tục thành lập và giấy phép Đăng ký kình doanh từ nay đến trước 15/11/2015
- Sau khi thành lập xong 51% cổ phần của Mr Sơn sẽ bán cho nhà đầu tư Singapore, đi theo hướng này công ty sẽ thành lập nhanh hơn do không có yếu tố nước ngoài khi đăng ký giấy phép kinh doanh,
- Song song với việc phía Việt Nam đăng ký giấy phép kinh doanh thì phía Nhà đầu tư Singapore cũng chuẩn bị các thủ tục liên quan cần thiết theo luật Singapore và Việt Nam để mua lại 51% của Mr Sơn
- Qua đó Công ty hình thành với 2 chức danh Giám Đốc , Mr Tài ( 49% ) đứng Giám Đốc đại diện pháp luật Việt Nam ( giám đốc điều hành ) và Nhà đầu tư (51%) là Giám Đốc thứ hai
- Cần chạy đua về thời gian đưa mô hình công ty vào hoạt động càng nhanh càng tốt để chiếm lĩnh thị trường
- Khi đi vào hoạt động Công ty mới sẽ nhận chuyển giao một số hợp đồng liên quan sửa chữa từ Thiên Đô, Tương lai Thiên Đô cũng sẽ là đối tác của Công ty mới .
- Công ty mới sẽ ký thỏa thuận với CTDI Singapore về các chương trình hổ trợ đào tạo, thiết bị đo test , vật tư linh kiện và quy trình làm việc.
- Phía nhà đầu tư thống nhất và không có ý kiến trong vấn đề này

2. Thảo luận về lĩnh vực mở rộng
- Ông Dương Quốc Tuấn nêu Công ty mới ngoài lĩnh vực sửa chữa cũng cần có định hướng mở rông sang các lĩnh vực mới về dịch vụ đo kiểm, tối ưu , mua bán linh kiện, thiết bị, và cho thuê thiết bị phát sóng, trạm phát sóng..v.v..Ông Tuấn chỉ đạo Ông Tài xây dựng ngay website phục vụ cho thuê thiết bị, công tác cho thuê cần triển khai ngay trong quá trình hình thành Công ty
- Định hướng lâu dài cần thành lập các chi nhánh tại Đà Nẵng, Hà Nội để mở rộng thị trường.
3. Hiệu quả kinh doanh các mục tiêu ngắn hạng và dài hạng.
- Ông Phạm Đức Độ cũng đưa ra dự toán sơ bộ về mục tiêu kinh doanh.


- Đồng thời cũng đưa ra các số liệu thống kê về một số loại thiết bị đang được các Telco sữ dụng ở khu vực phía Nam tại Việt Nam
+ 2G ( Motorola, Alcatel, Nokia Siemmen, Huawai, ZTE, Ericsson )
+ 3G ( Ericsson, NSN, Alcatellucent, ZTE )
- Thống kê thị phần từng loại thiết bị các Telco đang sử dụng khu vực phía Nam.

4. Trách nhiệm của các bên tham gia,
- Phía Việt Nam (49%) : Chịu trách nhiệm về :
+ Hạ tầng ( văn phòng Công ty, LAB )
+ Cơ cấu tuyển dụng, tổ chức bộ máy nhân sự
+ Kinh doanh đầu vào, chăm sóc khách hàng.
- Phía nhà đầu tư Singgapore ( 52%) chịu trách nhiệm về :
+ Tổ chức chuyên gia sang đào tạo đội ngũ sửa chữa của Công ty, hổ trợ công tác sửa chữa
+ Áp dụng quy trình làm việc sửa chữa chuyên nghiệp.
+ Cung cấp các máy đo, thiết bị đo test
+ Cung cáp vật tư , linh kiện.
+ Nguồn thiết bị cho thuê..v.v.v
