Em đang là sinh viên năm ba khoa Kinh tế của trường Đại học Công nghiệp Việt Trì, em từng làm thêm nhiều công việc khác nhau trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh và dịch vụ với khoảng thời gian dài. Trong thời gian này, em đã học được rất nhiều về thực tế xã hội, về nắm bắt nhu cầu khách hàng, về cách thức vận hành của một cửa hàng, một tổ chức, một doanh nghiệp… Và cũng thời gian này giúp em hiểu hơn về bản thân và điều mình thực sự muốn làm. Em đã nảy ra ý tưởng với dự án mở một quán ăn vặt nho nhỏ để trau dồi kỹ năng quản lý, kỹ năng truyền thông đặc biệt là tạo ra một địa điểm thú vị với món ăn có giá cả phù hợp, chất lượng được đánh giá cao. Đáng tiếc, sự chuẩn bị cả về tài chính, kỹ năng quản lý, kỹ năng về marketing, về đội nhóm chưa tốt. Sau 5 tháng hoạt động thì quán ăn dừng lại. Nhưng điều em nhận ra trong quá trình khởi động này là, mình thực sự đam mê công việc Kinh doanh.
Đến bây giờ đam mê đó vẫn không ngừng thôi thúc. Khi đọc được thông tin về khóa học Quản lý dự án của Đại Học Adelaide, em cảm thấy vô cùng hứng thú. Một ngôi trường đại học có uy tín với nhiều công trình nghiên cứu quy mô lớn, luôn thuộc top đầu những trường đại học danh tiếng đồng thời quản lý dự án là một kỹ năng cần thiết cho nhiều ngành nghề và trong nhiều ngữ cảnh trong cuộc sống. Em mong muốn được tham gia khóa học của trường để học được cách sử dụng các kỹ năng quản lý dự án một cách thiết thực, cho dù dự án là lớn hay nhỏ và hiểu rõ thêm về nguyên nhân thất bại trong dự án của mình để có thể rút ra bài học, áp dụng thực tiễn vào công việc và cuộc sống sau này.
Rất hy vọng sau khi đọc xong dòng chia sẻ này, tổ chức exD có thể tạo điều kiện cho em được tham gia khóa học. Em sẽ chấp hành đầy đủ những quy định mà phía nhà trường đưa ra và sẽ nỗ lực hết sức mình để hoàn thành khóa học.
