Chúng tôi lưu ý người đọc báo cáo đến thuyết minh VII.5 trong Bản thuyết minh báo cáo tài chính: tại ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2015, the accumulated loss is VND4.714.463.264 greater than the owner's equity and the total current liabilities is VND7.226.626.185 greater than current assets. Báo cáo tài chính của Công ty được lập và trình bày trên cơ sở giả định Công ty hoạt động kinh doanh liên tục. Chủ đầu tư cam kết: (1) Không yêu cầu Công ty trả nợ mua nguyên vật liệu số tiền nợ tại ngày 31/12/2015 tương đương 54.980.407.874 đồng (thuyết minh số V.8) cho đến khi Công ty có khả năng trả nợ; (2) Không yêu cầu Công ty trả nợ vay với số tiền tại ngày 31/12/2015 tương đương 19.376.250.000 đồng, trong đó nợ đến hạn trả tương đương 1.502.344.890 đồng (thuyết minh số V.13 và số V.14) cho đến khi Công ty có khả năng trả nợ; và (3) Tiếp tục đầu tư vốn, tiếp tục trả trước tiền mua hàng và hỗ trợ tài chính để Công ty thực hiện các nghĩa vụ tài chính đến hạn và tiếp tục duy trì, phát triển hoạt động kinh doanh của Công ty.

V. 13 and 14) until the company has the ability to repay; and (3) continue to invest capital, continue to pay purchase money and financial support to the company to perform the financial obligation to the limit and continue to maintain, grow the company's business operations.
