6.1 Hai bên cam kết đã hiểu rõ, tự nguyện giao kết và cam kết thực hiện đúng các điều khoản của Hợp đồng, bên nào vi phạm sẽ phải chịu trách nhiệm theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
6.2 Nếu bất kỳ điều khoản nào của Hợp Đồng này trở nên bất hợp pháp, vô hiệu hoặc không thể thực hiện được một phần hay toàn bộ, thì các điều khoản khác của Hợp Đồng và phần còn lại của các điều khoản bị vô hiệu hoặc không thể thực hiện được một phần, sẽ vẫn tiếp có hiệu lực; và tính pháp lý, hiệu lực và tính khả thi của các điều khoản đó sẽ không bị ảnh hưởng.
6.3 Hợp đồng này được lập bằng ngôn ngữ tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh. Bản ngôn ngữ tiếng Việt được ưu tiên áp dụng.
6.4 Phụ lục hợp đồng hoặc các thỏa thuận bằng văn bản (nếu có) liên quan đến những nội dung trong Hợp đồng này là một phần không thể tách rời của Hợp đồng này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

6.2 If any provision of this Agreement becomes illegal, invalid or could not be done in part or in whole, then the other provisions of the Agreement, and the remainder of the terms is disabled or can not be done part, will still take effect; and the legality, validity and feasibility of those provisions will not be affected.
6.3 This Agreement is made ​​in Vietnamese language and English. The Vietnamese language is prevail.
6.4 Addendum or written agreement (if any) related to the contents of this contract is an inseparable part of this contract.
