Bên B sẽ trả một khoản tương đương

Bên B sẽ trả một khoản tương đương giá trị hợp đồng cho Bên A nếu có hành vi đưa tiền, hiện vật hay bất kỳ lợi ích vật chất nào khác ngoài nội dung hợp đồng đã ký như một khoản hoa hồng cho các cấp quản lý, nhân viên của Bên A nhằm mục đích yêu cầu họ làm hoặc không làm một hoặc nhiều việc có lợi cho Bên B. Đồng thời Bên A có quyền chấm dứt ngay lập tức hợp đồng với Bên B nếu thấy cần thiết để đảm bảo lợi ích của mình trong trường hợp Bên B vi phạm thỏa thuận nêu tại điều này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
