1.Person responsible
-Worker/ farmer
-Supervisor
2. Objective:
To ensure that all farms or areas planted with bananas are fertilize monthly as scheduled with correct amount of fertilizer and on time application.
3. Scope
This work instruction define the action and responsibilities of farmer/ workers involved in ferlilizers from preparation to actual application.
4. Work instruction;
-Confirm the schedule and fertilizer materials to be applied from the manager/ supervisor
-Withdraw the fertilizers as per advised.
-Prepare the following:
Calibrated scope/ cup for uniform dose application/ plant
Fertilizers material (attached/ see fertilizer program)
-Mix all fertilizer material
-Proceed to farm/area and haul the fertilizers.
-Remove debris around the base if any.
-Use the cup/ scope and fill with fertilizers.
-Halfmoon type of application.
-Apply the fertilizers to every effective producing plant or follower
-Apply the fertilizers infront of the follower 8-12 inches distance from the base
-Repeat procedures to the next stem/mat until area finished application.
-Report accomplishment to manager/supervisor.

hướng dẫn công việc này xác định hành động và trách nhiệm của nông dân / công nhân tham gia vào ferlilizers từ chuẩn bị để ứng dụng thực tế.
4. Hướng dẫn công việc;
-Confirm tiến độ và phân bón vật liệu được áp dụng từ người quản lý / giám sát
. -Withdraw các loại phân bón theo khuyến cáo
-Prepare sau:
Calibrated phạm vi / cốc cho thống nhất áp dụng liều / cây
Fertilizers liệu (kèm / thấy phân bón chương trình)
-Mix tất cả các nguyên liệu phân bón
-Proceed trang trại / khu vực và chuyên chở phân bón.
-Xoá mảnh vỡ xung quanh cơ sở nếu có.
-Sử dụng cốc / Phạm vi và điền với phân bón.
-Halfmoon loại của ứng dụng.
-Apply các loại phân bón cho mỗi nhà máy sản xuất có hiệu quả hoặc theo
-Apply các loại phân bón trước mặt của người theo 8-12 inches khoảng cách từ các cơ sở
thủ tục -Repeat để thân cây bên cạnh / mat cho đến khi hoàn thành khu vực ứng dụng.
