Theo “Biên Bản Làm Việc” ngày 19.07

Theo “Biên Bản Làm Việc” ngày 19.07.2015 giữa đại diện của Công ty TNHH Elegant Team Manufacturer (“ETM”) và Điện lực Quế Võ (“ĐLQV”), diễn biến vụ việc được ghi nhận như sau:
Khoảng 9:40hrs ngày 19.07.2015, đại diện ĐLQV tới nhà máy ETM theo lịch đã hẹn trước để thực hiện công việc thay thế công tơ điện ba pha tại trạm biến áp số 2 của của công ty ETM như đã lên kế hoạch từ trước.
Từ 10:00hrs sáng cùng ngày đại diện ĐLQV cùng với nhân viên kỹ thuật của ETM phối hợp tiến hành thay thế công tơ điện ba pha tại trạm biến áp số 2 của ETM. Sau khi việc thay thế được hoàn thành vào lúc 10:15hrs, nhân viên của ETM đóng cầu dao trung thế.
Sau khi đóng cầu dao trung thế khoảng 5 phút thì cầu dao tự nhiên bốc khói và cháy hết 3 tiếp điểm của cầu giao trung thế.
Sau khi xảy ra sự cố nói trên, ETM và ĐLQV đã cùng lập “Biên Bản Làm Việc” để ghi nhận lại thông tin vụ việc.
