Minimum information. At the minimum, the manager should obtain the owner;s name, address, telephone number, Social Security or tax ID number, and state employment number, as well as the name, address, and the telephone number of the owner's attorney, accountant, insurance broker, and any other consultants for the property. IF the property is new, the manager should be given the name of the architect and the construction firm, as well as the complete set of "as built" building plans and specifications.
