本日、ダラットツーリズムと国立公園とで打ち合わせを行いました。

参加者： ダラットツーリズム（7名）、フオン所長、ゴック副所長、ＣＥＥＥミン氏、新谷、タン、遼

結論： まず、ダラットツーリズムと組んで大人数向けのチームビルディングプログラム開発を行い、今後のさらなう展開を考える。

背景（会議のポイント）： ダラットから国立公園は遠い、現在のトレッキングではインパクトが少なすぎ。目玉となる商品が必要。ＺＩＰＬＩＮＥやキャノピートレールを設置しても、お金がかかる割に、収入が得られない。すなわち、投資家が興味を持たない。ゴックさんから、バタフライパークの案が出たが、同様にインパクトが少なく、集約の目玉とならない。
近年、ベトナムでは企業向けのチームビルディングが一大ブーム。たくさんの企業がダラットツーリズムにアプロ―してきているが、100人程度の少人数では受けとも、大人数（５００UＰ）のものは断っている。公園のキャンプサイトは1000ン以上のキャパがある。今まで断っていた顧客をターゲットし、ビズップをチームビルディングのメッカとする。

役割：
ダラットツーリズム： 集客、全体コーディネーション、テントレンタルなど
チームビルディング： 専門業者
ＣＥＥＥ： 専門業者およびダラットツーリズムのアシスタント（ローカルスタッフ、公園職員）
ＪＩＣＡ（新谷、タン、遼）： CEEEとのコーディネーションおよび全体コーディネーションのアシスト

今回の目的は、企業とのコラボレーションによるあたらなる展開を推進することですが、企業が入ることで、CEEE、国立公園の管理レベルが向上することを期待しているものです。
そういう意味でも、JICAエコツーリズムのゴールとしても十分にマッチしていると考えます。

よりこのコラボレーションの効果を上げるために、ダラットツーリズムへ2か月ほどタンと遼をインターンとして派遣できないかと提案したことろ、ダラットツーリズムのマーケティングディレクターおよびフオン所長、ゴックさんからも賛同していただきました。
国立公園のメリットとしては、2人がプロとしてのダラットツーリズムの技術、マネジメント、広報技術を学び、国立公園に戻すことができる。ダラットツーリズムのメリットとしては、2人とともに、公園でのチームビルディングのプログラムを開発し、公園との橋渡しとして、
事業を展開できることです。なお、遼については、公園所長からの指示での派遣である旨、JICAに伝え、保険などの問題がクリアーされた時点での派遣とすることを私からは伝えました。

なお、コミュニティーの関わりですが、もちろんそれが外すことができず、付加価値として重要なことを皆理解しており、下記の点で、関りをもてるように、進めていくこととなりました。

・チームビルディング時のアシスタント： 安全管理、フォレストウォーク時のガイド
・食事の提供
・ゴングパフォーマンスなどです。

所長から再度ファーマーズマートの件を質問されましたが、チームビルディングのエリアにロングハウスを設置し、チームビルディング時の食堂や食材販売、資材置き場として活用するアイデアを提案したところ、それについては賛成してました。
もちろん正式には決まっておりませんが、公園がチームビルディングやキャンプのメッカとなることで、ファーマーの経済的支援もできる効果的なアイデアだとは感じています。
