Hai đội của Việt Nam lọt vào cuộc thi an ninh mạng toàn cầu

Ngày 27/10, Bkav cho biết, đã có 467 đội thi tới từ 67 quốc gia tham dự Vòng loại cuộc thi an ninh mạng toàn cầu WhiteHat Grand Prix - Global challenge 2015.
Sau 24 giờ tranh tài, 2 đội của Việt Nam đã lọt vào vòng chung kết cùng với 2 đội của Mỹ, 2 đội Ba Lan và các đội của Canada, Đài Loan, Nga, Ukraine. Đáng chú ý, trong số 10 đội nói trên có tới 6 đội nằm trong top 10 thế giới theo CTFTime (website xếp hạng các cuộc thi an ninh mạng toàn cầu).
Cũng theo ban tổ chức, đứng đầu vòng loại WhiteHat Grand Prix - Global challenge 2015 là PPP, đội thi đến từ Carnegie Mellon - 1 trong 4 trường đại học hàng đầu về công nghệ thông tin của Mỹ. PPP cũng là đội đang đứng số 1 trên bảng xếp hạng CTFTime. Tiếp theo là Shellphish (Mỹ), RoadToRome và BabyPhD (Việt Nam).
Tại vòng loại này có 26 bài thi thuộc các chủ đề Web Exploit (lỗ hổng web), Reverse (dịch ngược), Pwnable (khai thác lỗ hổng phần mềm), Forensics (điều tra số) và Crypto (phá mã). Mỗi câu trả lời đúng sẽ mở ra một bức ảnh đẹp về một địa danh của Việt Nam, trong đó chứa gợi ý đã được mã hóa. Giải mã thành công và ghép nối các gợi ý này, các đội thi sẽ tìm được chìa khóa cho bài thi đặc biệt mang tên Việt Nam.
Vòng chung kết WhiteHat Grand Prix - Global challenge 2015 sẽ diễn ra tại Hà Nội vào tháng 12 tới.
