Tôi tên Trần Công Thuận người đã nộp hồ sơ xin qua Australia theo
diện Visa Business và đã nhận được thư từ chối của lãnh sự quán
Australia.Nay tôi viết thư này nhằm giải bày những khuất mắc và giải trình
những khó khăn mà tôi đã và đang gặp phải để xin quý hội đồng xem xét và
cảm thông.
Trước hết tôi xin giải thích về vấn đề visa du học 573 bị cancel
và visa partner bị từ chối
Năm 2007 tôi xin visa đi du học,vì tiếp thu chậm nên sau khóa học
tiếng Anh tôi vào chuyên ngành Cookery và sau khi kết thúc certificate III
of Cookery và Bakery tôi bước vào certificate IV với các môn như marketing,
financial, Accounting... nhưng trình độ tiếng anh của tôi hơi hạn hẹp nên
tôi có phần hơi nản.
Trong thời gian đó tôi có quen Hứa Lan Thảo là vợ của tôi.Vì tuổi
tác chênh nhau nhiều và vì nhiều vấn đề nên gia đình tôi ở Việt Nam không
cho phép.Nên trong thời gian đó tôi bị Stress khi đứng giữa gia đình tôi và
vợ tôi.Từ lúc đó tôi sao lãnh việc học hành.Cũng chính vì vậy làm ảnh hưởng
tới visa du học của tôi.
Sau khi nhận quuyết định của bộ di trú,vợ tôi đã quyết định kết hôn và bảo lãnh tôi ở lại.
Khi lấy Thảo,tôi có nảy sinh vấn đề vói gia đình tôi bởi vì Thảo lớn tuổi và có 1 dời chồng nên gia đình tôi không đồng ý, họ đã không chu cấp về tài chính cho tôi.Bên cạnh đó do chưa học xong và không có kinh nghiệm nên vợ chồng tôi chỉ gói ghém sinh hoạt dựa vào số tiền Centrelink cấp cho vợ tôi.Sau hơn một năm chung sống thì gia đình tôi cung đã tạm chấp nhận và cho vay ít vốn để tôi mở shop kinh doanh nhưng vì mới mở và nhiều vấn đề khách quan nên tài chánh của 2 vợ chồng cũng không có gì tiến triển,Nên trong thời gian đó chúng tôi sống rất tiết kiệm,hạn chế ra ngoài shopping, du lịch và gặp gỡ bạn bè nên visa partner của chúng tôi bị từ chối vì vấn đề không chứng minh được tài chính và không có quan hệ xã hội.
Trong lúc chờ đợi visa cứu xét chúng tôi nảy sinh ra một vài vấn đề với gia đình,thứ nhất vì tôi là con trai duy nhất trong gia đình nên luôn thúc giục tôi và vợ có 1 đứa con cho vui cửa vui nhà nhưng Thảo không đồng ý,do tranh cãi nhiều trong vấn đề này nên khoảnh giữa năm 2013 chúng tôi tạm ly thân.
Cho nên sau khi có giấy triệu tập của hội đồng cứu xét tôi đã gọi và báo cho Thảo biết.Sau khi không giải quyết được vấn đề giữa hai vợ chồng nên tôi xin rút đơn. và nhận được lá thư phải ra khỏi nước Úc trong vòng 28 ngày. Sau đó Tôi đi gặp luật sư để tư vấn về vấn đề shop nails của tôi đang hoạt động nhưng vì thời gian quá ngắn và sau khi gọi điện thoại lên Immigration tìm phương án thì được khuyên là về nước đúng ngày và apply visa business để qua Australia giải quyết vấn đề shop nails của tôi sau.
Sau khi về Việt nam tôi nhờ Agent tư vấn về Visa business nhưng do nhầm lẫn Họ đã apply thành Visa Tourist. Sau đó tôi phải nộp lại visa business (Mục đích tôi muốn qua Úc vì tôi muốn tìm người sang lại shop nails của tôi).Sau đó tôi nhận được lá thư từ chối từ đại sứ quán Úc tại Việt Nam và khuyên rằng tôi có thể Ủy quyền cho luật sư làm toàn bộ giấy tờ mua bán shop chính vì vậy nên ngày 30/02/2015 tôi đả bán được shop.
Nay tôi ghi lá thư này nhằm giải thích và khẳng định rằng mục đích của tôi đến Úc là chính xác và không có ý định gian dối.

I then received a letter from the Australian Embassy in Vietnam and advised that I may authorize lawyers to do the whole sale shop papers therefore 30/02/2015 I've sold shop. Today I write this letter in order to explain and assert that the purpose of me to Australia is correct and have no intention of cheating.

So after the summons of the review board had called and told me Thao biet.Sau when not solve the problems between the couple before, I will withdraw. and have received a letter from Australia within 28 days. Then I went to a lawyer for advice about my problem nails shop is operating but because time is too short, and after calling up looking for alternatives Immigration shall be advised about proper water business days and apply for visa via Australia solve my problem nails shop later.
