• Có quyền kiểm tra, giám sát và phản ánh chất lượng công việc theo thực tế
• Có quyền góp ý, điều chỉnh khi thực hiện công việc
• Cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin về băng rôn cho Bên B
• Cung cấp số lượng và thể loại băng rôn phải đúng theo quy ước
• Không cung cấp các loại băng rôn có nội dung phản động, chống đối hay trái với pháp luật của nhà nước
• Phải thanh toán đầy đủ chi phí cho bên B theo số lượng băng rôn đúng địa điểm treo theo danh sách địa điểm treo đã thoả thuận.
• Bên A phải chịu tất cả các trách nhiệm pháp lý nào phát sinh trong thời gian bên B đi treo ( ví dụ công an hay bất kỳ các cơ quan chức năng nào bắt thì Bên A hoàn toàn phải chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật.
• Trong trường hợp cơ quan chức năng xử phạt bên B, bên A có trách nhiệm bồi thường 100% giá trị nộp phạt.
• Chi phí mô tả trong hợp đồng là chi phí trọn gói. Bên A không chịu trách nhiệm cho bất kỳ chi phí phát sinh nào khác ngoài hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
