Có thể hiểu HOU-REN-SOU là quy tắc giao tiếp cơ bản giữa các thành viên trong một nhóm. Khi làm việc với tư cách là một đội, là một nhóm, một tổ chức chứ không phải riêng một cá nhân, việc trao đổi thông tin cho nhau là yếu tố vô cùng quan trọng.
