3- Theo các tài liệu thăm dò của cơ quan chính phủ chuyên ngành, khu mỏ chúng ta hiên có trữ lượng 3 triệu m3 (3 triệu x 2 triệu = 6000 tỷ vnd) và được phép khai thác trong vòng 50 năm, thử làm một phép tính nhỏ theo khả năng thực tế thấp nhất:

Khai thác đá thô: 3000m3 x 2 triệu = 6 tỷ vnd/tháng

Bên cạnh đó, tận dụng quyền khai thác đá và giấy phép hoạt động của nhà máy cũng như cơ sở hạ tầng,chúng ta có thể tiến hành các công việc kinh doanh thương mại có lợi nhuận trong thời gian rất ngắn.
