 Kiểm soát các hoạt động kiểm tra chất lượng bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm trong quá trình sản xuất.
 Tổng hợp và báo cáo cho Giám Đốc Chất Lượng các kết quả kiểm tra và sự kiện sản xuất trong ngày; các khiếu nại về sản phẩm.
 Tiếp nhận, đánh giá và kiểm tra mẫu khiếu nại.
 Bố trí nhân sự theo dõi đầy đủ các đợt thử nghiệm sản phẩm mới.
 Báo cáo cho Giám Đốc Chất Lượng về mỗi đợt thử nghiệm.
 Rà soát lại số liệu theo định kỳ hàng tuần, kiểm tra lại số liệu theo định kỳ hàng tháng.
