10 member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and six important economic partners of China, Japan, South Korea, India, Australia and New Zealand (also known as ASEAN + 6), on 9/5 began the first round of negotiations toward the establishment of economic partnership agreements covering an area (RCEP)-one of the largest free trade bloc in the world.Expected, in the first round lasted 5 days at this, Brunei, ASEAN + 6 will discuss the scope and ways of negotiating RCEP to come to an agreement in 2015. In addition to the establishment of a Committee of senior officials, ASEAN + 6 will also deploy the working group related to the active exchange of goods, services and investment.If true, the RCEP will have on the 3 billion people, accounting for about 1/2 the global market and 1/3 of the world's economic output. RCEP, was initiated by East Asian countries in the ASEAN Summit 21, which took place in Cambodia in late 2012, is expected to concretize efforts to integrate many of the free trade agreement (FTA) being applied in the region in order to maximize the economic benefits. Some economic experts commented that if true, together with China's participation, economic blocks would be the RCEP world, create a partnership agreement with respect to trans-Pacific (TPP) caused by the Us lead.Both of the above agreements will mark a new turning point in the competitive strategy of domination in Asia's two powers, Middle America. Meanwhile, Japanese officials said that the TPP could become platforms for the RCEP and even a larger FTA – free trade agreement of the Asia-Pacific region
