Let me thank you cordially for your letter of June 23 and your interest in developing cooperation with oru Institute and organizing a visit by the VASS schlarly delegation to Russia in the period from August 8 to 15, 2015.
We are pleased to extend this formal invitation for the VASS delegation and make a trip to Russia in the week of August 8-15 and hold academic consultations with Russian colleagues as well as explore possibilities for cooperation and training in such fields as state and law, public policy and human development.
During the trip the VASS delegation is welcome to visit the RAS Institute of Far Eastern Studies an have a meeting with our IFES Center for Vietnamese and ASEAN Studies.
