 Thực hiện nhận thông điệp GNT của NNT từ TCT, kiểm tra, xử lý, hạch toán đảm bảo chính xác và kịp thời. Trong trường hợp việc xử lý hạch toán GNT không đảm bảo chính xác so với thông tin do TCT truyền hoặc không kịp thời dẫn đến tình trạng nộp thuế của NNT bị chậm hoặc sai thì NHTM phải phối hợp với NNT và TCT để thực hiện các biện pháp cần thiết nhằm giảm thiểu thiệt hại tới mức thấp nhất và chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm về những sai phạm này nếu do lỗi của NHTM
