Hệ thống đó cũng giúp cho các cấp quản lý lãnh đạo theo dõi được kết quả thực hiện Performance của từng nhân viên, ví dụ nếu bảng cam kết Performance của nhân viên nào có xu hướng màu đỏ thì làm sao vực nhân viên đó của mình lên, làm sao cho họ chuyển màu xanh vì nếu nhân viên làm tốt thì Performance của người quản lý cũng tốt.

Theo đó, hàng tháng, người lãnh đạo, quản lý và nhân viên đều phải ngồi lại với nhau để xem xét kết quả thực hiện của nhân viên cũng như đưa ra những góp ý (comment) kịp thời cho nhân viên thực hiện các cam kết đặt ra
