Trường hợp một Bên vi phạm nghĩa vụ

Trường hợp một Bên vi phạm nghĩa vụ của mình theo quy định tại Hợp đồng này, Phụ lục Hợp đồng mà gây thiệt hại cho Bên còn lại thì ngoài việc phải chịu phạt vi phạm với các mức phạt cụ thể quy định tại Điều 11 Hợp đồng này thì còn phải bồi thường toàn bộ thiệt hại xảy ra cho Bên còn lại.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
