Trường hợp chi phí thực tế của Dự án cao hơn tổng mức đầu tư dẫn đến thiếu hụt nguồn vốn đầu tư Dự án, Bên vay có trách nhiệm huy động các nguồn vốn khác bù đắp cho phần thiếu hụt đó để đảm bảo Dự án thực hiện đúng tiến độ. Trường hợp chi phí thực tế của Dự án thấp hơn tổng mức đầu tư, số tiền cam kết cho vay tối đa sẽ giảm trừ tương ứng theo tỷ lệ quy định tại khoản 2.1 Điều 2 Hợp đồng này
