Em là Hồ Ngọc Thiên Anh. Em viết bài này để Chính Phủ biết rõ hơn về em cũng như nguyện vọng xin được cấp học bổng du học Lào. Hiện nay, mối quan hệ Việt Nam – Lào đang trở nên rất thân thiết, người Việt Nam ta luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ nước bạn khi nước bạn gặp khó khăn và ngược lại nước bạn cũng giúp ta rất nhiều. Em muốn Chính Phủ cấp học bổng này cho em vì em rất mong muốn đi du học, sang nước bạn để tìm hiểu ngôn ngữ cũng như văn hóa của nước bạn, sau đó trở về nước giới thiệu nền văn hóa mới lạ, thú vị này cho mọi người cùng biết đến, tạo cho mọi người niềm yêu thích về nền văn hóa của nước bạn. Em là một người vui vẻ, hòa đồng và thân thiện nên việc sang nước bạn học tập là vô cùng dễ dàng, dễ tiếp xúc với mọi người, làm quen nhanh với môi trường mới. Ngôn ngữ và văn hóa của Lào rất thú vị tạo cho em cảm giác thích thú, muốn khám phá những thứ mới mẻ thuộc về nước bạn. Em rất thích học về ngành ngôn ngữ-văn hóa, thích đi nhiều nước để trải nghiệm chính cuộc sống của những người nơi đây. Qua tìm hiểu, em thấy nước bạn Lào là một nước có phong tục và văn hóa rất độc đáo như: phong tục chào hỏi, nền ẩm thực, nhà cửa Lào, lễ buộc chỉ tay, Tết cổ truyền Bunpimay nên em muốn học tập trong nền văn hóa độc đáo này. Em còn là một người sống độc lập, không bị phụ thuộc quá nhiều vào gia đình nên nếu được đi du học em sẽ tự lo được cho bản thân, tự bản thân mình vươn lên trong quá trình học tập, tham gia tích cực các hoạt động của nhà trường cũng như của xã hội ở nước bạn. Em biết cách sắp xếp công việc thường ngày một cách hợp lí, biết tiết kiệm, không tiêu xài phung phí. Em luôn đúng giờ, chưa bao giờ thất hẹn, thẳng thắn trong mọi chuyện nên dễ tạo lòng tin cho mọi người. Em muốn sau này trở về nước truyền lại cho mọi người những gì em đã học tại nước bạn để tạo cho người Việt Nam sự hứng thú về ngôn ngữ cũng như văn hóa của nước bạn. Em muốn làm cầu nối giữa Việt Nam-Lào để mối quan hệ giữa hai nước trở nên gần gũi, thân thiết hơn. Với những lí do trên em thấy em hoàn toàn xứng đáng để được Chính phủ cấp học bổng sang nước bạn Lào du học. Em xin chân thành cảm ơn!
