Nếu bên giao có giá chào thấp hơn, ngay lập tức bên giao sẽ giảm tương ứng giá phải trả cho hợp đồng này và trả lại bất kỳ số tiền dư ra cho bên nhận

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If the party had delivered a lower bid, immediately lateral to the corresponding reduced delivery price to pay for this contract and return any surplus amount for the receiving party

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If the parties have offered lower prices, instant respective parties will reduce the price paid for this contract and return any excess amount to the beneficiary
