1. LỜI CẢM ƠN
Sau hai tháng làm việc tại Công Ty vừa qua, tôi xin chân thành cảm ơn Ban Giám Đốc Công Ty đã cho tôi cơ hội đóng góp những hiểu biết của mình vào sự phát triển chung, cũng như cơ hội được trải nghiệm những hoạt động thương mại đang diễn ra trong ngành thức ăn hiện nay.
Thông qua bài báo cáo, tôi xin gửi lời cảm ơn đến Trưởng Bộ Phận và các Anh/Chị đồng nghiệp thân mến, những Anh/Chị đã chia sẽ những hiểu biết quý báu, đã tạo ra không khí làm việc vui vẻ từ ngày dài làm việc.
Bản thân tôi cảm thấy rất vinh dự khi được làm việc cùng Các Cô/Chú, Anh/Chị này. Đặc biệc là môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, văn hóa gia đình của Công Ty đã thật sự để lại ấn tượng sâu sắc cho tôi, giúp tôi học hỏi được nhiều hơn và phấn đấu nhiều hơn cho công việc sắp tới.




















2. GIỚI THIỆU CHUNG VỀ CÔNG TY
2.1. Công Ty Cổ Phần Thức Ăn Thủy Sản Vĩnh Hoàn 1
Ra đời vào năm 2008, Công Ty Cổ Phần Thức Ăn Thủy Sản Vĩnh Hoàn 1 được hình thành và trực thuộc quyền quản lý của Công Ty Cổ Phần Vĩnh Hoàn, nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu đảm bảo chất lượng thức ăn thủy sản tại các vùng nuôi và hoàn thiện chuỗi giá trị của Công Ty.
Với mục tiêu chiến lược đó, Công Ty Cổ Phần Thức Ăn Thủy Sản Vĩnh Hoàn 1 đã được đầu tư dây chuyền sản xuất hiện đại, quy trình sản xuất được khép kín và được kiểm tra nghiêm ngặt theo các quy chuẩn chất lượng và tiên tiến trên thế giới như: ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Global Gap, AquaGap. Ngoài ra, để gia tăng giá trị phế phẩm từ nhà máy chế biến Công ty đã đầu tư dây chuyền sản xuất bột cá và mỡ cá chất lượng cao nhằm cung cấp cho ngành chăn nuôi gia súc và xuất khẩu, góp phần bảo vệ môi trường.
Đến năm 2010, do nhu cầu mở rộng vùng nuôi của công ty, nên dây chuyền sản xuất được nâng cấp từ 60.000tấn/năm lên 120.000tấn/năm.
Đến năm 2014, Công Ty Cổ Phần Vĩnh Hoàn đã ký kết hợp đồng mua bán cổ phần với Công Ty Pilmico International, nhằm tập trung hơn vào thế mạnh chế biến thủy sản hiện có. Theo đó, Pilmico International sẽ mua 70% cổ phần tại Công Ty Cổ Phần Thức Ăn Thủy Sản Vĩnh Hoàn 1 từ Công Ty Cổ Phần Vĩnh Hoàn, và 30% còn lại sẽ được Pilmico International mua trong vòng 5 năm. Sau khi chuyển nhượng, Công Ty Cổ Phần Thức Ăn Thủy Sản Vĩnh Hoàn 1 chính thức được đổi tên thành Công Ty Cổ Phần Pilmico VHF.
2.2. Công Ty Aboitiz Equity Ventures
Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV) là công ty đầu tư và quản lý được niêm yết đại chúng của Tập đoàn Aboitiz với các lĩnh vực đầu tư chính về năng lượng, ngân hàng, thực phẩm, và phát triển bất động sản.
